morning, harry! yesterday my friends and i were debating what to call an upcoming series of musical performances we’re throwing. we found out the house was built on top of an ice rink, so we’re using that as inspiration. here are the contenders (readers - please vote):
u get the idea. also did you know that one time WWE guy "stone cold steve" drove a zamboni into the ring? anyway… 1 - what name should we choose and 2 - any thoughts on naming parties in general?

Ok sorry to blow ur shit up but this is what u should call it
As far as party naming goes. I think it's extremely important. The principal goal of a party invite is to align everyone's intentions, specifically around what level of irony and or sincerity they should be bringing to the party.
Speaking of partying. Today's New York based hot single loves to party!

and true to his name, this Diner Daredevil gets a little risky with it at his local greasy spoon. when he’s not chilling / eating chili you may find him cheering for his favorite football team, the New Orleans Saints…

If you think you can be the Skyler to his Will Hunting…write your favorite diner menu item on a chalkboard at MIT. Or send an email to sup@goodhang.org.
what was the best part of your week?
Slurping down a turkey chili with my best friend Sam at the diner where we go every Sunday. What started out as a bit to see how long it would take us to order every item on the menu has quickly become the highlight of both of our weeks. Sometimes our other friends come join us. Routine is important to me, and so is friendship.
what have you been talking about lately?
The same things I’m always talking about: the New Orleans Saints, egg whites, my Polish neighbors, the time I dressed up in a Dracula costume with my best friend on a twelve-hour bus tour, the year I worked at Taco Bell, my fear of growing old, the best items on the menu at the diner.
what is your favorite hangout spot in your city, and why?
Parkside Lounge, a kind of off-the-beaten path bar that has everything you need: pool table, space for hanging, cheap drinks, tvs, good music, great staff, you name it. While it's not the most popping bar in the city, it's always got a decent crowd of interesting characters or some fun themed dance party or concert in the back. It’s also where I watch the New Orleans Saints play.
what makes you a good hang?
I’ve been described as being “like the Goodwill hunting guy, if he was good at hanging out instead of math.” I like to think of myself as being more like John Wick if he was good at hanging out instead of killing bad guys. I’m a silly guy, I like to get loose with it. If that’s a crime then lock me up and throw away the key!
who are you looking for?
Ideally a member of Who Dat nation
Will go with me to the diner
Will teach me how to rollerblade
Insane (fun kind)
